Upstream cloud provider had degraded networking in us-east-1c. Traffic was shifted to us-east-1a within 6 minutes; p99 latency returned to baseline within 14 minutes of incident start. No findings were dropped — agents back off and retry on proxy 5xx.
A regression in v0.40.0 caused our slack adapter to retry exponentially on a 401 response from rotated tokens. Fixed by capping the retry tree and re-issuing tokens for affected workspaces. 4 customers affected, 0 findings lost.
